We’re a mortgage broker based in Kirkland, Washington, working with homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors. We shop your loan across lenders and programs, then manage the file through to closing.

Why we’re different
We work on the other side of the table, too. Our parent company, Specialty Real Estate Group, has been buying, building, selling, and managing real estate since 2010, with more than 700 transactions and over $500 million in real estate volume. That means we’ve seen the same deals you’re looking at, from the investor’s and builder’s side, and we understand what a lender needs to see to get a file closed.
Meet Adrian
Adrian Chu is the founder and mortgage broker behind Specialty Home Loans (NMLS #920749). He is also a licensed real estate broker in Washington, California, Oregon, and Arizona. Adrian holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and he spent the early part of his career in technical lead and program management roles at Fortune 100 technology companies. Today he also develops and builds homes, which gives him a practical view of financing from the borrower’s side.
